Personal Statement

Hu Yongli received his Ph.D. degree from Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China in 2005. He is currently a Professor with the Faculty of Information Technology, Beijing University of Technology. He is also a researcher with the Beijing Key Laboratory of Multimedia and Intelligent Software Technology. His research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning, multimedia technology and intelligent transportation system. He has authored or coauthored more than 90 academic papers in related areas, including prestigious international journals, such as IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TCYB, IEEE TMM, IEEE TIP, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE TITS, and top-level conferences such as CVPR, IAAA, and IJCAI.
