    Personal Statement

FAN QINGWU, associate professor and master supervisor, received Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China in 2007. From 2007 to 2017, he worked in the Pilot College of Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China. From 2015 to 2016, he was a visiting scholar at Ball State University, Muncie, IN, USA. Since 2018, he has worked in the Faculty of Information of Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China. His research interest includes evolutionary optimization algorithms and its application, intelligent optimal control for complex systems and natural language processing. He has published more than thirty academic papers, applied for six invention patents and fifteen software copyrights.
