LI SIPING

Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of BJUT

 

Li Siping, born in Chongyang, Hubei Province in May 1964, is of Han Nationality and a CPC member. He earned his Master’s degree in Economics from Political Economics Department in China University of Political Science and Law. Currently, he holds the academic title of  Research Fellow (Professor).

He used to be Deputy Director of the Department of Social Sciences of BJUT, Deputy Minister and Minister of Propaganda Department of Party Committee, Director of the Party Committee Office, Director of the President’s Office and Director of the Confidential Committee Office, Director of the Information Department, Assistant to the President and Minister of Organization Department in Party Committee and Vice President of the Party School of BJUT. Since September 2016, he has been Vice Chairman of University Council of BJUT.

His major administrative responsibility includes Organization Department in Party Committee, the inspection and promotion of cadres, the personnel management, the United Front Work Department of Party Committee and the Organization Department (including the United Front Work Department, Party committee and Party School). He also supervises the College of Life Science and Bio-Engineering, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the Capital Collaborative Innovation Center of Social Construction and Management in BJUT.
