On June 7, the 45th Capital Universities Swimming Championship took place at Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), where the BJUT swimming team won the Group 2 Men's and Women's Team Championship as well as the Group 2 Men's Team Championship.

The event brought together 380 athletes from 39 universities. Seventeen student athletes from BJUT competed, winning the Group 2 Men's and Women's Team Championship, the Group 2 Men's Team Championship, and third place in the Group 1B Men's and Women's Team Championship. They earned 5 gold, 3 silver, and 9 bronze medals; broke 4 match records; and received the Sportsmanship Award.
