On March 17, a delegation from University College Dublin, led by Dolores O'Riordan, Vice-President for Global Engagement, visited BJUT. Qiao Junfei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJUT Committee, met the delegation.

Qiao Junfei extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He described how the two universities have always maintained a close and friendly cooperative relationship, consistently yielding significant results in cooperative education, talent cultivation, and academic exchanges. In particular, the achievements of the Beijing-Dublin International College have been widely recognized and highly praised across all sectors of society. He hoped that both parties will further deepen exchanges and cooperation in research innovation, talent cultivation, and other fields, jointly establishing a model of Sino-Irish higher education collaboration.
Dolores O'Riordan expressed her sincere gratitude for the warm reception extended by BJUT, and fully affirmed the achievements of the cooperation between the two universities. Looking ahead, she expressed hope that both sides will build on existing achievements and further explore new pathways in joint research, platform co-development, and the sharing of academic resources.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited the Beijing-Dublin International College for exchanges and discussions.
