On June 16, organized by the China Education Association for International Exchange, a delegation from the "Zhi-Xing China: U.S. - China Academic Impact Program," consisting of representatives from Kentucky State University, California State University, Chico, and California State University, Northridge, visited Beijing University of Technology (BJUT). Vice President Liu Zhaomiao met with the delegation.

Liu Zhaomiao warmly welcomed the delegation. She gave a comprehensive introduction to BJUT and emphasized how the University places great importance on international educational exchange and cooperation. She expressed hope that this visit would serve as a starting point for practical collaboration with the three U.S. universities in talent cultivation, academic exchange, and scientific research.
Wenzhong Yang, Associate Vice Provost of Kentucky State University and head of the delegation, expressed gratitude for BJUT's warm reception.
The two sides held friendly discussions. Delegation members unanimously noted that there is great potential for cooperation with BJUT. They expressed their intention to strengthen communication in the areas of academic exchange, faculty and student exchanges, and joint research, so as to ensure that their cooperation yields concrete and effective outcomes.

After the meeting, the delegation visited the Beijing-Dublin International College for a special research visit.
