Personal Statement

Yunhui Shi is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing Key Laboratory of Multimedia and Intelligent Software Technology in Beijing University of Technology (BJUT). She has taught many undergrad and grad courses, including Multimedia Technology, Graph Theory, Coding Theory, Digital Signal Processing ,Numerical Methods, Linear Algebra, Data Structure, Assembly Language, Database Principles and C Programming. She is a coauthor of the bookNumerical Methods(Chinese Edition, Science Press, 2002). She has presided five projects sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and several research projects sponsored by other scientific research management departments in China. She has authored or coauthored over 50 papers and has held more than 20 Chinese patents in her research areas. She has received 2016 VCIP Best Student Paper Award and Underwater Robot Picking Contest Award.
