Dr Xie Yiyang received his Ph.D degree from Beijing University of Technology in 2013. Since July 2018 he has been an associate professor in the Faculty of Information Technology in Beijing University of Technology. He has worked on a wide range of topics within the realm of micro nano structure semiconductor optoelectronic devices and their applications. He has authored more than 20 international refereed journal papers published on NatureNanotechnology,Photonics Research,Optics Express etc., and is attributed to over 200 citations.
