Personal statement

Zhang Youliang is an associate professor in the Research Institute of Higher Education of Being University of Technology (BJUT), and also a postdoctoral fellow (carrying the functional title of research assistant professor) in the School of Graduate Studies at Lingnan University. In 2020, he was selected into the Hong Kong Scholar Programme. He studies and teaches the internationalization of higher education, higher education organizations and leadership, and advised on those topics. He is the author or co-author of four books and over 20 articles. He received a B.A. in education from Zhengzhou University and Ph.D. in higher education from Peking University.
