Personal statement

Lei Biao, the professor and doctoral supervisor, received his doctoral degree in 2016. His current research focuses on the single screw expander and Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) which is used for converting low grade heat into power. His works cover the development of the novel single screw expander technology, optimizations of lubricant oil systems for the expander and the sensitivity analysis of the pressure loss in the ORC system.
