Personal statement

XUE Peng holds his BENG and MENG in HVAC (Tianjin University, CHN), and a PhD in Building Technology/Physics (Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HK). He has worked as an affiliate in LBNL, a research associate in HKPU and currently works as an Associate Professor in Beijing University of Technology. Peng has expertise in the field of daylighting and energy calculation, and his research focuses on energy-efficiency buildings, luminous and thermal environments, spectrum-selective windows. He has published more than twenty SCI papers on international major journals, presided a National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and participated two National Key R&D Program of China.
