Chen Xuean, an associated professor and master supervisor of Beijing University of Technology, has been engaging in teaching on X-ray diffraction for 17 years. Up to now, he has presided over and completed one project of National Natural Science Foundation of China and three enterprise cooperation projects. His current research direction is syntheses and characterization of new borate materials. He has published more than 70 SCI papers on international major journals so far.
