Personal Statement
Dr. Jinxin Guo is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Science in Beijing University of Technology. He received his Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from University College Dublin (supervisor Prof. John T. Sheridan). His research focuses on the mechanism in holographic photopolymers, hydrogels and their applications. He has published over 50 papers in peer reviewed journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. His doctoral study was funded by the Irish Research Council for Science, Engineering and Technology. He received the title of JSPS Fellow that was granted by Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Postdoctoral Fellowships in 2013.
