The Student Dance Troupe Performed the Musical Dance Drama "La La Land"

In 2023, BJUT initiated the construction of the Shan-He-Wan-Gu Innovation Zone. The student traditional music ensemble collaborated with Beijing Chinese Orchestra's Youth Philharmonic Traditional Orchestra, based in the Baiziwan 813 Cultural Innovation Park, to present a Chinese drum performance called "Stir up the Sea."

The student dance troupe performed an original dance, "Sparks". This dance, inspired by President Xi Jinping's quote, "Sparks of talent are coming together, and they are the strength of China", won the Gold Award at the Beijing College Student Dance Festival, and was chosen for the National College Student Art Exhibition and Performance. This was also the first time "Sparks" was performed for BJUT's faculty and students.
