High-quality International Education Resources
Beijing University of Technology vigorously advances its open education strategy and is committed to cultivating high-caliber, innovative students with a strong command of international rules, global vision, and international competitiveness. To this end, the university has established a high-quality, classified, and tiered "seven-in-one" framework, which encompasses joint education, overseas training, joint supervision, bachelor's–master's articulation, long-term exchanges, short-term exchanges, and international volunteer programs. In addition, the university offers discipline-specific, customized short-term exchange programs tailored to the characteristics of its disciplines and the needs of student cultivation. By leveraging the high-quality resources of leading overseas universities, we provide comprehensive support for the international education of our students.
BJUT is now advancing the development of its Global Partnership Network 2.0 and building a robust support system for international education. The university has optimized its program portfolio and training models, while continuously expanding access to high-quality overseas learning opportunities. To date, BJUT has established a well-developed international cooperation network with more than 200 overseas universities and institutions across 40 countries and regions.
BJUT Students at University of Cambridge for a Summer Program
BJUT currently offers more than 70 international programs, covering student exchange, double-degree study, bachelor's-master's articulation, joint training, and short-term study tours during winter and summer vacations. These programs are designed to meet the learning needs of students at different stages.
BJUT Students at Oxford University for a Summer Program
With a strong focus on disciplinary development, BJUT leverages its strengths in frontier fields such as engineering, materials science, computer science, environmental science, biology, and biochemistry to deepen pragmatic international cooperation. The university maintains close ties with world-leading institutions, including the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, the University of California, Berkeley, the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, RWTH Aachen University, and University College Dublin. It also runs more than 20 short-term exchange programs on a regular basis.
Through these efforts, BJUT is committed to advancing high-quality, targeted, and excellence-oriented international education. We aim to broaden students' global horizons, strengthen their professional capabilities, and enhance their overall competence.
