——BJUTers Repeat Their Success in the 13th National College Student Information Security Contest

Eight teams, including 7 teachers and 26 students, from the Faculty of Information Technology, BJUT, participated in the 13th National College Student Information Security Contest and won two First Prizes, one Second Prize, two Third Prizes, one Excellence Awards, and one Most Innovation and Entrepreneurial Impact Award ——a new award in 2020 for which each contestant can, at best, apply with 2 items. The 2020 contest witnessed the most engaged and most awarded BJUT teams since the University has joined in the competition.

The 13th National College Students Information Security Contest in 2020 is hosted by the Professional Guidance Committee on Teaching Information Security in Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and held by Beihang University. A total of 244 works from 75 universities was short-listed for the finals, including Beihang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xidian University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Central South University as well as other domestically well-known universities.
