Beijing University of Technology (BJUT) recently set up the Research Academy for Future Industries, as the University's latest measure to explore the interdisciplinary research of arts and sciences, to provide new perspectives for future development in this area.
The Future Industries Institute will leverage the multi-disciplinary advantages of the University to bring together strategy and management experts from China and other countries. Research will be conducted on the frontiers of science and technology and on development strategies for future industries. The forthcoming five years will see all-round efforts to build the Research Academy into a new type of professional think tank with influence in China and worldwide, further enhancing BJUT's ability to contribute to national development and the construction of Beijing as an international science and technology innovation center.
