150 attendees from universities and research institutes including Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Harbin Institute of Technology and Dalian University of  Technology met at BJUT to review the outcomes of NNSFC(National Natural Science Foundation of China)’s Major Research Plan—the Dynamic Disasters of Major Engineering.

Progress reviews were presented for 26 key projects which comprised 4 programs. Included in the presentations were 8 subsidiary projects managed by Professor Du Xiuli, including the project entitled “Integrated Research of Earthquake Disasters of High Dam, Underground Structure and Large-sized caves”.
