On June 18th, the 2016 Baoding (Tangshan) Industrial Park Project Promotion Event was held in Tangshan, Hebei province. Here, BJUT and Longji Taihe Industry Co., Ltd. signed the Framework Agreement of Co-constructing ‘Beijing University of Technology – Longji Taihe’ Transformation Service Platform of Scientific Research Achievements, which is BJUT’s first transformation service platform of scientific research achievement outside Beijing.
Longji Taihe Co., Ltd. is a large-scale industrial and financial consortium devoting to Chinese new pattern urbanization construction, business operation, high technology and financial & industrial investigation development. It was listed in Hong Kong in 2015. It has an industrial park in Zhuozhou, Hebei province.
Both parties make full use of the co-development opportunity of “Integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area”. BJUT offers its advantages of talents and scientific research, while Longji Taihe gives full play to its advantages of its market and capital. With forces joined, both sides will have better cooperation. Longji Taihe will provide the platform with space and necessary financial support in order to promote the transformation and application of BJUT scientific and technological achievements in Hebei province, especially in Zhuozhou industrial parks.
According to the agreement, both parties will carry out cooperation in various areas. Firstly, co-establish the transformation service platform of scientific and technological achievements. Secondly, form a specialized service team, aiming to realize intercity technology service, consultation, investment, joint research & development as well as mature technology transfer. Thirdly, conduct scientific and technological communication, industrial policy study, enterprise transformation and upgrading and new-type enterprise incubation. Fourthly, promote the industrialization of technology achievements and push forward the industrialization of BJUT scientific and technological achievements in Zhongguancun Hegu Innovation Industrial Park and other industrial parks managed by Longji Taihe.
