Hosted by China National Radio(CNR), the grand education ceremony “Education in China” in 2016 was opened at Beijing, in which Beijing-Dublin International College at BJUT was awarded “The Most Influential Sino-foreign Joint Universities in 2016”. This education ceremony, taking the principle of “education foremost”, endeavors to inject new vitality to education with new ideas and technologies. Present were prestigious experts, internet education researchers and people who are committed to education development. During the ceremony, attendees reflected on important educational events in 2016 and discussed the potential of China’s education.
Professor Liu Zhongliang, Dean of Beijing-Dublin International College at BJUT was invited to deliver a speech on “Taking Advantage of Sino-Foreign Joint College to Cultivate High-end Talents for Country” and was interviewed by China National Radio.
During the award presentation, Beijing-Dublin International College, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, Sias International University, Duke Kunshan University and SHU-UTS SILC Business School were conferred the prize of “The Most Influential Sino-foreign Joint Universities and Colleges in 2016”.
This prize not only vindicated the societal recognition of the College’s educational ideas, teaching ability and resources, but also marked a new level of the joint academic training at BJUT.
