On May 2, 2017, Ms. Wang Chunxiu, deputy director-general of Education department of Ning Xia Province, Mr. Jin Nengming, Party Secretary of of Ningxia Unversity, and Mr. Xie Yingzhong, Vice President of Ningxia University paid a visit Beijing Dublin International College (BDIC) of Beijing University of Technology (BJUT). Mr. Wu bin, Vice President of BJUT, accompanied by colleagues from BJUTU’s President’s Office, International Office and BDIC received the delegation.

Vice-President Wu welcomed the NingXia Delegation and introduced recent developments of BJUT including BDIC’s development history, organization structure, talent cultivation and operational achievements. Vice-President Wu particularly emphasized BDIC’s innovative works in teaching management and quality-oriented education.

The two sides exchanged views about how Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions like BDIC should establish their position, set up majors and design curriculum. Future staff development and scientific cooperation were also under discussion.

Secretary Jin Nengming described the visit to BDIC’s as very fruitful, and expressed wishes to learn further from BDIC for its internationalization experiences. The two sides agreed to carry out future exchanges and cooperation for mutual benefits.

BDIC has received numerous visits from both domestic and international institutions since its establishment and is continually gaining social recognition.
