While enjoying the holiday, please pay attention to the following arrangements and safety tips!

Holiday Arrangements
Holiday time: October 1st to October 7th, 7 days off in total;
Working days: September 26th (Sunday) and October 9th (Saturday);
Class schedule: All classes will be suspended for five days from October 1st (Friday) to October 5th (Tuesday);
Classes on October 6th (Wednesday) to be given on September 26th (Sunday); Classes on October 7th (Thursday) to be given on October 9th (Saturday);
For your safety and health, we would like to share some useful tips with you:
Any changes to traveling plan or health condition shall be reported promptly to the secondary-level institutions, according to the prevention and control of COVID-19 regulations. Faculty, staff members and students are suggested to avoid unnecessary departure from Beijing. If there is indeed a need to leave Beijing, please inform the secondary-level institution and get approval before hand, and comply with the epidemic prevention and control policy of the destination, Beijing and the University.

For those who are staying on campus during the holiday, please abide by the regulations of apartment management. It is suggested that all faculty, staff members and students wear masks properly in public and keep rooms ventilated. Safety precautions are as below:
1. Turn off water, electricity, heater, and lock the doors and windows before leaving.
2. If you leave the apartment for more than 24 hours, please register for checkout at the front desk of the apartment beforehand and check in once you come back.
3. Take care of your belongings. Do not leave cash or other valuable things in the apartment.
4. Pay attention to food safety and do not go to crowded places in case of flu and other infectious diseases.
5. Do not swim in the sea, river or lake without protection.
6. Keep your mobile phone on and contactable all the time. In case of emergency, please contact the police and your faculty/college, or the school security department: 67392110, or the front desk of apartment: 67391590 (Police: 110).
