Associate Professor LI Hong from the Faculty of Materials and Manufacturing, BJUT, and researchers from Warsaw University of Technology jointly filed the project “Research on the Performance of Novel Highentropy Alloy Solder and Joint Fornickel-base Superalloy Brazing”. The project was approved by the 38th Regular Meeting of the Sino-Polish S&T Cooperation Committee under the Ministry of Science and Technology. This was a breakthrough for BJUT in “Belt & Road” intergovernmental cooperation programs initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The purpose of the Regular Meeting Cooperation Programs between the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and Poland is to finance Chinese and foreign cooperative partners who have reached an agreement on project cooperation to exchange and visit and promote the development and conclusion of project cooperation.

Professor Jacek Senkara gave lectures to graduate students in BJUT
The research team of Associate Professor LI Hong has cooperated with that of Professor Jacek Senkara from the Department of Welding Engineeringat Warsaw University of Technology in Poland since 2014. With BJUT and Warsaw University of Technology both joining the “Belt & Road” Sino-Polish University Consortium in 2017, universities increased their exchanges, the two research teams also deepened their cooperation. Specifically, their cooperative project was approved by the Seed Fund for International Research Cooperation of BJUT in 2018. BJUT engaged Professor Jacek Senkara as a visiting professor in 2019. The two sides have carried out more practical cooperation in exchanges and visits, collaborative research, and joint education. In the future, the two universities will further file key special projects on the ground of regular exchange projects.
