According to the latest data of CNKI, the impact factor of the Journal of Beijing University of Technology (Social Sciences Edition) has risen dramatically from 0.919 in 2018 to 1.802 in 2019. 2019 saw the most significant increase for the recentfive years. Moreover, its academic journal clout index(CI) by subject ranked 42th with a total quotation of 637 in 2019, up from 59th with a total quotation of 191 in 2018, which enabled the journal to fall in Q1.
