On April 1, BJUT held the first recruitment fair for the graduates in 2021 which was attended by a total of 54 enterprises and institutions such as China Internet Network Information Center, Beijing Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd., Xiaomi Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing ByteDance Technology Co., Ltd., etc., which came from various industries including information communication, machinery manufacturing, construction engineering, biological medicine, energy conservation and environmental protection, finance, etc., providing more than 2,300 job opportunities.

In order to help graduates better deal with the problems encountered in job hunting and give specific guidance on employment and entrepreneurship to those graduates who intended to start a business, a special consulting area with relevant employment guidance experts was set at this fair.

A total of more than 600 students participated in this recruitment fair, most of whom are graduated in 2021 and some of whom will be graduated in 2022. BJUT has held more than 80 online and offline career promotions fairs for the graduates in 2021 since September 2020, attracting nearly 6,000 recruiting companies.
