On March 30, the 43^rd Capital Universities Swimming Championship was held at Beijing University of Technology (BJUT).

This championship was divided into three groups: Group 1A, Group 1B, and Group 2. It included 42 individual events and 3 relay events for both men and women. A total of 352 athletes from 31 universities, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, and BJUT, registered for the competition. Eighteen student athletes from BJUT competed in Group 1B and Group 2.

The BJUT Swimming Team won the Male and Female Group 2 competitions, the Male Group 2 competition, and secured third place in the Male and Female Group 1B competition. The team secured 8 gold medals, 4 silver medals, as well as 7 bronze medals, and won the Sportsmanship Award. Additionally, team members Yang Zhicheng, Shi Yifan, Zhang Yujun, and Xin Rui received the Outstanding Athlete Award.
