On September 30, the authoritative international journal Humanities & Social Sciences Communications, a sub-journal of Nature, published the latest research results from Beijing University of Technology’s College of Economics and Management, in a paper by Associate Researcher Xing Lizhi of the College. Xing Lizhi is the first author and corresponding author for this paper, titled "Substitution effect of Asian economies on China's Industrial and Supply Chains: from the perspective of global production network." The contribution this research paper makes lies in how it provides theoretical guidance for identifying and analyzing industrial transfer trends in the Asia-Pacific region, thereby helping industrial policymakers better understand regional economic integration and its impacts. The research was independently completed by the research team from the College of Economics and Management, with the second and third authors being graduate students Jiang Shuo, Yin Simeng, and Liu Fangke from this college.
