Recently, Beijing University of Technology faculty members Ma Ruisheng and Yao Chuanfei were selected for the 2024 Outstanding Engineer Training Program, announced by the Beijing Association for Science and Technology.

The annual selection is divided into two categories: the Outstanding Engineer Growth Program and the Outstanding Young Engineer Training Program. This year's selection focused on Beijing's "2441" high-tech industry system, emphasizing applicants' contributions and primary or other participatory roles in projects, as well as the practicality and application potential of these projects.
