Zhang Hui, CPC member, holding a master's degree in Management, Associate Research Fellow.

He is responsible for cadres and talents work, publicity work and political theory course construction, united front work, archives, and confidentiality work. He is in charge of the Organization Department of the Party Committee (Party School), the Publicity Department of the Party Committee (News Center), the United Front Work Department of the Party Committee, the Center on Promotion of University Culture and relevant departments.

He supervises the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
