Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJUT Committee

Zhang Hui, CPC member, holding a master's degree in Management, Associate Research Fellow.

He is responsible for the organization, cadre management, talent development, publicity work, political theory course construction, united front work, confidentiality work, security, stability and security of campus construction, trade union, teaching representative meeting and archives. He also assists the primary leader in overseeing Party building. He is in charge of the Organization Department of the Party Committee (Party School), the Talent Development Office, the Publicity Department of the Party Committee (News Center), the United Front Work Department of the Party Committee, the Party Committee of University Organs, the Confidentiality Committee Office, the Security Department of the Party Committee, the Security Office, the Security and Stability Department of the Party Committee, the Office for Comprehensive Governance, the University Trade Union, the University Archives (University History Museum), the Center for Grassroots Party Building Development, and  the Center on Promotion of University Culture.

He supervises the School of  Sociology and the College of Art and Design.
