Dr. Zhai Tianrui, CPC member, professor, and doctoral supervisor.

He is responsible for office work of the University Party Committee and administration, university finance, digitizational development and logistics. He is in charge of the Office of University Party Committee and Administration (Policy Research Office), Finance Department, Information Technology Department, Network and Information Technology Center, Logistics Support Office, University Hospital and the Center on Promotion of Digitizational.

He supervises the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering , the College of Chemistry and Life Science and the Gengdan College.
