Personal Statement:

YIHENG CAI received her Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from the Beijing University of Technology in 2006. She is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Information and Communications Engineering in Faculty of Information Technology in Beijing University of Technology. She is the member of IEEE and China Computer Federation. She has presided over many major research projects, such as the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China,Natural Science Foundation of Beijing,Beijing Education Committee and so on. She has published over 60 papers in journals, book chapters, and conferences. Her research interests include image processing and pattern recognition.
