Personal Statement

Dr. Zhao received Ph.D. Degree in Communication and Information system from Beijing University of Posts and telecommunications, Master's degree in communication and information system from Lanzhou University and Bachelor's Degree in Radio Physics. He has visited and exchanged in Institute of automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2002 to 2003.

Main projects: OSG Based two-dimensional and three-dimensional wharf drilling platform, digital wireless signal analysis system, maritime monitoring system based on the Internet of things, UAV system for marine monitoring, "AIS + UAV" ship management and control system,OSGEARTH based smart city management system, two-dimensional and three-dimensional reality integrated GIS platform.
