Personal Statement
Zhuo Li received her Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2004. She is currently a Professor and Ph.D. supervisor in the Faculty of Information Technology, Beijing University of Technology. Between 2006 and 2007, she was engaged in post-doctoral research in The University of Sydney, Australia.Between 2003 and 2004, she was engaged in cooperative research at the Multimedia Processing Center in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has taken charge of over 30 research projects as the Principal Investigator, such as NSFC project, BJNSF project. She has published more than 200 papers in domestic and foreign journals and international conferences such as IEEE TCSVT, Signal Processing, Neurocomputing, etc.. She has published 4 monographs and 5 translations and one proposal which entered the AVS-M video coding standard.
