Personal statement

Wei Xiaoyan is an associate researcher in the Institution of Higher Education of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of BJUT. In 2016, she received a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the Institute of Education, Xiamen University. In 2013, she obtained a Master's degree in Education from the Faculty of Education, East China Normal University. She has been engaged in higher education research for a long time. What's more, she presided over one humanity and social sciences project of the Ministry of Education, one sub-project of major projects of the Ministry of Education in Humanities and Social Sciences Key Research Base while participating in more than ten national, provincial and ministerial projects. She published more than ten papers in publications such as China Higher Education, Research in Educational Development, Fudan Education Forum, andChina Economic Studies. Several papers were reprinted in full text by the Information Center for Social Science of the Renmin University of China. At the same time, she also served as an anonymous reviewer for journals such asChina Economic Studies.
