Xiao Nian, born in July 1966, researcher. She graduated from the Institute of Higher Education of Wuhan University in 1990 with a master's degree in education. In 2006, she graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a doctorate in management science and engineering. She is currently the leader of the first-level pedagogy of Beijing University of Technology, the deputy editor of "Teaching Research", the deputy dean of the Institute of Science and Technology Development of Beijing University of Technology and the director of the Division of Humanities and Social Sciences.
