Personal Statement

Ji Xiaowen is a Lecturer and Master Student Supervisor in College of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Beijing University of Technology, and a core member of Beijing Strategic Science and Technology Team. He is engaged in teaching and science research work in structural engineering. His research interest includes structural wind engineering, system uncertainty and structural reliability. He has presided three scientific research funds including one National Natural Science Foundation of China and another two post-doctoral funds. His research papers are published on top international journals such as Journal of Structural Engineering and Engineering Structure, and on top Chinese journals such as China Civil Engineering Journal and Journal of Building Structures. Besides, three patents with regard to his research are authorized.
