Personal Statement:
Dewen Kong received his Ph.D. degree in transportation from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2018. He was a Visiting Scholar with the North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, from 2015 to 2016. He is currently a lecturer with the Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Transportation Engineering, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing, China.
