Personal statement

Ms. Yan Hai, who received her PhD in Traffic Information Engineering and Control in July 2005 from Tongji University. In August of the same year, she joined the Beijing University of Technology and went to the University of Minnesota for the Educational Innovation Competency Training Program in 2017. She has published more than 40 papers and undertaken or participated in the development of 6 national or industry standards.
