Research Areas

  1. Integrable systems and orthogonal polynomials;

  2. Integrable systems and convergence acceleration algorithm. Integrable systems frequently appear as approximations or specializations of physical models. They come along with solution-generating techniques that provide us with exact solutions of these nonlinear partial differential or difference equations. Moreover, integrable systems exhibit deep connections with various areas of mathematics. Amongst the present research projects concern the interdisciplinary studies of integrable systems and orthogonal polynomials as well as convergence acceleration algorithm. We approach the problem from both perspectives, by using an integrable structure to relate different classes of orthogonal polynomials and convergence acceleration algorithm, and by looking for integrable structures in the latter.
