Personal Statement

Dong Yu jie, is a graduate supervisor in field of Business Administration at the Beijing University of Technology. Her research interests lie in the field of human resource management and organization behavior. She has lectured on "Human Resource Management", "Cultural Marketing", "Modern Service Industry Management" and other undergraduate courses. She has published more than 10 papers on major journals, and presided over one national project, participate many state-level and bureau level scientific research items.
