Dr.Shuo Chen is Assistant Professor of accounting at School of Management and Economics. She graduated from Peking University, and earned PhD degree in Accounting. Dr. Shuo Chen conducts financial accounting and managerial accounting research. Her research focuses on the capital markets. Her research interests include ESG, voluntary information disclosure, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, product market competition, etc. The research methodology she use includes analytical accounting study and experimental accounting study.
