Personal Statement

Dr. Xuefan Dong is presently working as an Associate Professor in the College of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Technology. He is a master's supervisor of Management Science and Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Institutes of Science and Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research and teaching activities deal with network social governance, big data analysis, opinion dynamics, and social network analysis. He has more than 30 peer-review publications, including some research articles in Information Sciences, Expert Systems with Applications, Chaos Solitons & Fractals,Telematics and Informatics,Knowledge-based Systems, Future Generation Computer Systems, Technology in Society, and so on. He is currently a reviewer for Information Sciences, Expert System with Applications, and Physica A. He has undertaken a series of national and province-and ministry-level projects, such as National Natural Science Foundations and Beijing Social Sciences Foundation.
