Personal statement

Qi Meng is an associate professor and master studnet supervisor in field of Business Administration at the Beijing University of Technology. He also serves as the international youth supervisor of Beijing University of Technology. His research interests lie in the field of individual and group differences psychology and person-environment fit. He has presided one National Natural Science Foundation of China project, two projects supported by provincial projects, and one postdoctoral project. He has published more than ten SSCI papers and Chinese papers.
