Personal statement
Song Meng is an Associate Professor and Master Student Supervisor in field of Business Administration at the Beijing University of Technology. Her research interests lie in the field of leadership and human resource management. She has presided one National Natural Science Foundation of China project, one Ministry of Education of Humanities and Social Science Project and two projects supported by provincial program. She has published more than 30 SSCI papers and Chinese papers.
