Personal Statement
He Baofeng received her B.Sc. degree and M.Sc. degree both from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2006 and 2009 respectively, and Ph.D. degree from Loughborough University in UK in 2012. Her main research interest is precision measurement technology and instruments.
