Personal statement

Li Ang, associate professor and doctoral supervisor. He received his doctoral degree of condensed matter physics from Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa (cum Laude) in 2014. Between 2013 and 2015,he carried outhis postdoctoral research in theDepartment ofAppliedPhysics of the Technical University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and has been employed as a postdoctoral researcher at Delft University of Technology and a visiting researcher at the Philips Innovation Centeras well. He joined Beijing University of Technology in 2016 andfocuses on the fields of environmental TEM and advanced epitaxy.He has published more than fifty papers and has an i10-index of 25. He is now a member of Chinese Electron Microscopy Society, andis a reviewer of Chem. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,Corros. Sci., Semicond. Sci. Technol. J. Alloy Compd., and other SCI journals.
