Personal statement

Dr. Shen Sunis a lecturer of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Life Sciences and Bioengineering. He received his B. Eng degrees in Electronic and Information Engineering from Beihang University, China, in 2008 and MSc and Ph.D. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham in 2009 and 2013 respectively. His research focuses on optical electronics applied to biomedical systems and development of medical devices and healthcare instruments.
