Personal Statement

Cui Min, Associate Professor and Master Student Supervisor in the Faculty of Science. In 2003, she graduated from the Department of Electronic Science and Technology of Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree. In 2006, she graduated from Beijing university of Aeronautics and Astronautics with a Master's degree. She graduated from the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009 with a doctorate degree.

She is mainly engaged in semiconductor thin film materials and devices. She has presided over one project of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, one project of Beijing Youth Talents, and another project of Doctoral Research Startup Fund. She participated in two projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and two projects of Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation as main participants. She has published more than 30 academic papers, including more than 10 papers included in SCI, participated in the preparation of 1 monograph, 1 textbook and 2 authorized invention patents.
