Personal statement
Jiang Yijian, is the responsible professor and doctoral supervisor of Optical Engineering in Beijing University of Technology. In 1984, he graduated from Physics Department of Peking University. In 1987, he got the Master's Degree from Beijing University of Technology, specializing in Condensed Matter Physics. In 1990 he received his Doctorate of Optics at Beijing University of Technology. From 1995 to 1998, he had been engaged in research at the Material Research Laboratory at Pennsylvania State University, USA, as a visiting scientist. He has presided five National Natural Science Foundation of China projects. He has published more than one hundred SCI papers on international major journals, two academic booksand has fifty patents at the Chinese National Level.
