Personal Statement
Shengcheng Mao, professor and doctoral supervisor, is the Director of Institute of Microstructure and Property of Advanced Materials,BJUT. His current interests focus on development of novel in-situ techniques in transmission electron microscope and their applications on high entropy alloys and superalloys, to in-situ study the evolution of microstructure under external mechanical, electric and thermal fields and to reveal the underlying mechanisms. He has published more than 60 articles in SCI journals, issued 3 U.S. patents and 20 Chinese patents.
